Privacy notice

What the site does—and does not—store.

This website is operated publicly under the brand VANTA HOUSE MODELS. It currently uses a WhatsApp brief builder rather than a website database or submission service.

Current contact mode: information typed into a brief stays in your browser until you choose “Continue in WhatsApp.” Continue passes the prefilled text to WhatsApp to create a draft. This website does not store it, and VANTA HOUSE MODELS does not receive the message until you review it and tap Send in WhatsApp.

Information you may choose to provide

Client inquiry

Your name, property or business name and location.
Your preferred contact method and approximate timing.
Project needs and optional budget context.

Talent application

Name, city and a WhatsApp number or email.
Confirmation that you are 18 or older.
Optional portfolio or Instagram link, availability and introduction.
Consent to review the application and contact you about it.

The initial application does not request identity documents, an exact home address, photo uploads, financial details or intimate images.

Booking request

The booking route asks for your name, property or business, shoot type, location, preferred date or flexible dates, session, contact and project needs. Budget context is optional. You can review and edit these details on the page before continuing in WhatsApp. The website does not store a reservation, hold a date or collect payment. Availability, scope, price and terms are agreed directly with the team.

Why the information is used

Client details are used to understand and respond to a potential production brief. Applicant details are used separately to review possible suitability and availability for relevant casting consideration. Application does not guarantee selection, work, income or representation.

Services that receive information

The website itself has no contact database, email-form provider, session recording or advertising pixel configured. When you choose Continue, WhatsApp receives the prefilled text to create your draft; VANTA HOUSE MODELS receives it only if you tap Send. If you use an Instagram or Facebook link, the relevant Meta service receives information under its own terms and settings. See the official WhatsApp privacy policies and Meta Privacy Policy.

Ordinary hosting infrastructure may process limited technical request data such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp for security and delivery. No analytics account or identifier is connected in this release.

Retention and deletion

No automatic deletion schedule is claimed. Messages you send can remain in the receiving business account until the account operator deletes them, subject to the platform’s own controls. You can request a review or deletion of inquiry or application details by messaging VANTA HOUSE MODELS through the same verified contact route.

For privacy requests, message WhatsApp +1 (479) 323-1620, Instagram or Facebook. The WhatsApp number is presented for messaging, not as a voice-call hotline.

Changes

This notice must be updated before adding a form backend, photo uploads, analytics, advertising tags, session recording, new storage or a different retention process.
